Since 2001, MCJCF have endeavored to bring positive attention to the Fort Bend County Community, while

celebrating the Emancipation Proclamation. During these years we have:

• Grown to be one of the largest celebrations of its kind in America. (five days of events),
• Awarded over $200,000 in scholarships to deserving Fort Bend County students
• Showcased some of the Nation/State most prominent leaders, and
• Routinely contributed and participated in Fort Bend County’s community projects.

To continue this vast undertaking, we need the continuing support from benefactors and friends like you.

Five days of events are scheduled during this historic celebration. 

All but two of the events are free to the public. In addition to the Annual Scholarship Golf Tournament, the Community Service Awards Gala (the Crown Jewel) is one of the events with an admission fee. Over the past years, MCJCF has contributed (over $200,000 in scholarships) and supported more than twenty five Fort Bend County students in their pursuit for college degrees, of which, all have graduated or are on target towards graduations. Your support to help our friends, relatives, and neighbors is greatly appreciated.
